Two remodels in as many days? With the work Ive done on the rest of the Centurions, I felt that the Mk. 1 was being left out... so I turned it into a Mk. 3. I gave it a turret rack, and a canvas gun cover, and a new hull. And named it Fireball (not to be confused with the Pershing of the same name). She looks pretty similar to the other Centurions Ive done. Which meant she was the quickest remodel to do. It even support the 17pdr and OQF 77mm guns on the top turret, just because otherwise they would look terrible and misaligned.
This Mk. 3 rounds out my Centurion Quartet, which now covers the majority of the Centurion's lineage (Mk. 3, Mk. 5, Mk.9 and Action X). There are still a few tanks that use the Centurion chassis that might get a remodel, namely the Conway and FV4005 Stage II. I also have a remodel planned, for of all things, the Chieftain Mk. 6... which will probably never see the light of day, if Wargaming has anything to say about it... As far as other remodels for other nations, I'll take suggestions (not requests, there is a difference). Hope you enjoy! Take care and see you on the battlefield! ~ Avalon304

Welp, Ive been teasing this remodel for about... a month(?) now... but here it is, a remodel for the tier 10 British medium tank, the Centurion Action X. Shes named 'Dreadnought', as is (unfortunately) appropriate for this current patch. True to her name though, 'Dreadnought' has a shell embedded in her turret.
My thoughts on Centurions and their overbuffed armor aside, you can find this tanks download page up in the 'Remodels' menu. I hope you enjoy! See you on the battlefield, ~Avalon304 Just a quick update to one of my remodels: after playing around with the gun on Thunderbolt Ive decided to remove the light from the mantlet. I found myself not liking it more and more. The download has already been updated. That all for right now. Im currently planning a Centurion Action X remodel, so look forward to that sometime later this month.
~ Avalon There have been many tanks in history named 'Thunderbolt'. 7 of them were commanded by Col. Creighton Abrams in World War II. The Austrailian ACIII cruiser tank also took on the name 'Thunderbolt'. And now there is another, a Centurion Mk. 9. My personal Centurion and the mascot of this site.
Welp, I wasnt originally intending to remodel the Primo Victoria into a Mk. 5 Centurion... but a very generous user gifted me the tank... so I decided to do something cool with it. So I did: The Strv 81 was the Swedish designation for the Mk. 3 and Mk. 5 Centurions, so Ive turned the Primo Victoria into a Mk. 5. Its lost its sideskirts, for the cool factor and gained some random stowage on the hull and turret along with a B barrel 20pdr gun.
I think it looks pretty cool... I hope you do too. Please, if there are any issues, report them here on or the forums! Enjoy! ~ Avalon304 |
