So, if you were using the most recent version of Dreadnought that had been updated to support the 9.21 customization system you may have noticed that if you applied paint to the hull and then applied camo the camo completely overwrote the paint, or that if you applied a preset (like the Modern Christmas or Black Widow presets) that the transparent camo included with them did not show the underlying paint colour. I spent a week trying to diagnose this issue, and was about the make the recommendation that presets not be used and that transparent camo not be used. However in a last ditch attempt to fix the issue, Ive actually solved it: You'll notice that a few portions of the tank still dont have paint OR camo applied. This is how the system works now. When the tanks that those piece came from get updated to support the new paint system, Dreadnought will get updated to have those parts fixed. (If youre curious the parts that arent camo'd come from the Black Prince and Churchill III. Depending on how WG rolls this system out and when they get to tier 7 and tier 5 vehicles, it may be a short amount of time or a long amount of time until these are fixed).
So thats that. Ive solved a week long issue. Just getting back into the swing of things now. 'Bullpup' is coming up, as Im about to start it this week. It'll be one of my first remodels to support the variants feature in the game. Until then, take care guys and see you on the battlefield. ~ Avalon304
